At Stevie D Bass, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Digital Lesson Purchases Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided the course materials have not been accessed or downloaded. Once lesson content has been viewed or downloaded, the sale is considered final.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your request must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, contact us at lessons@steviedbass.com with your name, order details, and reason for the return. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

• Lesson bundles that have been partially or fully accessed are non-refundable.
• Promotional or discounted purchases are final sale.
