2. Services Stevie D Bass offers online bass guitar lesson content, instructional videos, and booking services for private lessons. All lesson content is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Purchases & Payments All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Returns & Refunds All purchases are subject to our 7-Day Return Policy. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided digital lesson content has not been accessed or downloaded. Once content has been viewed or downloaded, the sale is final. See our full Return Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property All content on steviedbass.com — including videos, lesson materials, graphics, logos, and text (excluding the fret board visualizer, this is the property of a non affiliated developer who offers the fret board free to anyone that would like to use it) — is the exclusive property of Stevie D Bass and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without express written permission.

6. User Conduct You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased lesson content
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content

7. Booking & Appointments Lesson bookings made through steviedbass.com are subject to availability. Stevie D Bass reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Cancellations by the student with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the session fee.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties steviedbass.com and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Stevie D Bass does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stevie D Bass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its content.
